  1. I have read the first four short stories. I have enjoyed the stories so far. I am hoping to find some time this weekend to read more.

  2. Some of it's hard to relate to as a New Mexican in the 21st century. It's a very different life that he describes!

  4. One of the stories I recently read from this collection is "The Enormous Radio". I liked how it captures the "false perfection" of middle/upper class life. It's almost as if John Cheever predicted the internet/social media with this story. Everyone knows your business. 'Goodbye, My Brother' is also an amazing story!
